Everett is the joy of our life and we can't believe our little boy is 4-months old. He continues to amaze us with his intellect and cuteness. We love him so much and cannot imagine our lives without him.
New Tricks
1. Everett loves to roll from his back to his stomach, in fact, he recently discovered that he prefers sleeping on his stomach. We always put him to sleep on his back and find him snug as a bug on his stomach in the morning.
2. He is Houdini when it comes to escaping from his SwadleMe.
3. Although not quite crawling, Everett manages to move very well using his steam roller and reach and scoot moves.
4. He had his first serving of rice cereal a few weeks ago. The first few times he spit it right out, but thanks to our friends the Barnes we learned the binkie trick. Using the binkie technique he quickly learned how to swallow the food.
5. Everett loves when we sing songs to him; one of his most recent tricks is to smile and giggle at us when we are putting him to bed. The first couple of times his charm worked - mommy and daddy could not resist picking up their precious smiling boy for a few more minutes of play.
6. Just this week Everett has started sleeping through the night...Yay! It has only been two nights so we are crossing our fingures that this new sleeping schedule sticks.

What a fun update, so fun. Oh I hope he really does start sleeping through the night, that would be awesome. I am a bit jealous if you guys luck out at only 4 mo, it took Carter till 11 mo and one exhausted mommy. Till 10 mo old he was up every 2 1/2 hours to eat or not to eat. We can't wait to see you guys in just a few days!
